If you have oil in your antifreeze and antifreeze in your oil, it is your head gasket.
If not,
Start with the basics, Replace the sparkplugs, cap and rotor, replace your airfilter and pcv valve, if you haven't already done so replace your O2 sensor. Put a code reader on the engine and see if you get any error codes, this may help you track it down. You may have an electrical short that is happening when the engine gets warm enough.
